At Hireader.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in good condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged book.
- You received an incorrect book.
- The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Books damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Books showing signs of use, writing, highlighting, or physical damage caused by the customer.
- Orders placed by mistake after successful shipment.
- Minor differences in cover design due to publisher updates.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error was on our part.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement copy of the book, or
- A full refund if replacement stock is unavailable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
